It is very easy to use and the motor starts very quickly
Customer service was A+, with extremely fast delivery, however I experienced a number of issues. I found it very difficult to start, with pullback on the the starter cord causing the unit to jerk back on your wrist/arm. The engine is a bit on the heavy side causing the unit to be a little unbalanced. Having said that, you can, with a little practice, get the right spot for a smooth start. The handle broke on the third use and I have not been able to locate a replacement on the J&J website. The vent stopper cap came off, causing fuel to spill out whilst in use, a simple replacement fixed this issue, and the oil tank leakes quite a bit. The above is simply from my own experience and for a budget pole saw, it still think offers reasonable value for money for anyone that can make minor repairs as needed. Tp

Good thing, bit of an issue keeping the chain on it, the retaining nut for the bar was not very good and had to be replaced, other that these little things I love it

motor is good. extension connections spin when in use even after continued tightening. Bar and chain ok. Not bad for price but I did expect better
Has very good power, the weight is a little heavy, but I think it should be good for the purpose for which it was purchased. Quality and durability can only be assessed over a decent period of time. The motor starts easily
Plenty of power, good reach, easy to start, solid construction.
The power head starts easily and is easy to use. The bar lock nut need to be very tight to stop the chain coming loose. Is does a good job of cutting branches for home use.
