Thanks for the great review Dean, we're glad to hear you're loving the silent bike! We did originally produce the unit with a hard rubber base but found that they were cracking and breaking just below the cable tie holes, so we changed to a harder plastic base to remedy this issue.

Dont waste your money
Dont waste your money. Not as described and waiting for a refund 4wks on....
Its not molded rubber. Its a cheap piece of 3d printed plastic. Not even sanded smooth. Not formed to fit a rounded chain stay. They agreed to return to a return, but I'm still waiting for a refund and they aren't responding to my emails. May as well have burnt my money....

Your returned item was never received so the refund was not initiated. After responding to your initial email with feedback on the product, we thought maybe you'd decided to give the product another go.
The refund has now been made despite not receiving the returned item.
We mentioned in our response to your email that the 3D printed base was a product improvement as the original rubber base had proven to be unreliable. The website has now been updated with the correct info. We apologise that this was misleading.
Unfortunately you are correct, the device does not work very well on a bike with narrow and/or rounded chainstays. Our website has been updated to notify customers of this fact. There is a new version of the device to accommodate these bikes but we are yet to get these in stock in the UK.
