Very happy with the service and chair!

I found the Herman Miller Aeron through a great Black Friday deal at Chairgo. I couldn’t find a better price anywhere in the Netherlands, so I decided to go for all the available upgrades as well. The chair was in stock and ready for immediate delivery.

Before ordering, I contacted their chat support. Quick responses and very helpful with all my questions. I placed the order on Monday and it was delivered to me on Thursday, in the Amsterdam area. Before the delivery, the service team sent a clear email explaining how the delivery process works and what to look out for.

I’m also very pleased with the actual delivery: it arrived early in the morning, and both the chair and the box were clean, intact, and undamaged.
Very happy with this purchase!
