My overall experience with Chakra Chat…

My overall experience with Chakra Chat has been excellent. What stood out to me the most is the clean, modern, and intuitive user interface. Everything feels well organized and easy to navigate, even when exploring automation and integrations. I also like how smoothly it fits into workflows with tools like n8n and AI automation. The platform feels thoughtfully designed, and the onboarding experience was straightforward. Clearer guidance around API features and plan limitations would make an already good experience even better.

Overall Great

Overall, my experience with Chakra Chat has been great. The platform is easy to use, the WhatsApp API is reliable, and creating automations is simple. It has helped us streamline customer communication and save time with automated messaging. The support team has also been responsive whenever we've needed assistance. While the mobile app could be improved, the overall experience has been very positive, and I would recommend Chakra Chat to businesses looking for an affordable and reliable WhatsApp API solution.

Help our business automate and track chats using Inbox

Helped our business for chat management. Auto chat routing and shared team inbox. We also use the chat bot selectively, it was easy to setup and use with trigger keywords. The best part was chatbot response was captured in the customer lead. Overall satisfied!
