Outstanding quality! Perfect Coin!

We ordered and received our challenge coins and they look just fine. No problem with that. However, I was disappointed to see that they came from China. I had misunderstood the website and thought that the coins were produced in the U.S. I've just reread the website and find "Unlike some in our field, we operate transparently as a genuine US-based business with a real physical presence." I have to say that that isn't all that transparent. It sounds like everything happens in the US. Looking further in your webpage I find "We partner with top-tier factories worldwide, utilizing advanced equipment and methods to craft superior challenge coins." I should have realized that I needed to interpret that as "We don't make them here. In fact we make them in China." If that is important to other buyers, they need to know that.

I ordered a set of coins and I made a mistake and they remade the whole order for free. This is one of the best places to buy from.

Not a good experience...I've purchased a couple of coins from this company in the past and all went well. However, this there were a couple of hiccups that turned into an unsatisfying conversation. It was pretty clear they didn't want my business, so I'm going elsewhere.

Not the first time ordering coins and each time have received excellent customer service. Several years ago, I was tasked at my volunteer fire station to create and purchase coins, and the process was extremely fast and accurate. Now, at my full time job, we created a unit coin and used ChallengeCoins4Less.com again, as I had nothing but excellent remarks to say about them. Matt was always super helpful, and we were supplied 5 drafts before we had it perfect. They are very patient, and straight forward with pricing. Questions were answered promptly by both email and on the phone. You actually talk to a REAL person without having to dial all kinds of extensions to reach someone. Hands down one of the best experiences I have had. Also, they make re-orders super easy! Coins are of excellent value, arrived in great condition, and are made to last.

MADE IN CHINA. Their web page claims "If you want military coins, we can furnish coins your unit will carry and display with pride. We have the honor of supplying military coins to every U.S military branch, whether Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, or Coast Guard." BEWARE- these coins are made and shipped from CHINA. If you are not concerned about purchasing a product from a company that gives the perception that they are a small business but really outsources to China the product is good.

They outsource to China and any problems they say it's the Vendors fault. No it's THEIR fault as they pick the vendor not me and they take no responsibility even when they make promises. Yes, design is great and coin great but now I've paid for mold and to go to a real company will cost me and I don't make MILLIONS like they brag. Will not make another coin with them.

Excellent product quality, excellent service. Will continue to come back for any coin needs.

Shipping was on time as promised, pricing was excellent, quality of the product is superb, customer service was friendly, professional and timely. I had no problems with the ordering process or customer service and the coins turned out better than I expected. The only problem I had was although this is an American based company I did not realize the coin production was outsourced to China. It would have been nice to know that before hand.
