I find the pricing of gfuel to be very competitive on challenger gaming. Which is great to have a reliable Aussie supplier. I also find the turn around from order to only ever be a couple days. This is even better as if I order from the US it takes ages. I like to use challenger gaming as a Gfuel stop gap between my order in the US and my supply actually running dry. Fantastic as always.

The delays were due to the global pandemic, Covid-19, which can cause an increase in delivery times. Australia Post have been very clear about this since the start of the pandemic, you can find further information on thier website, our site also makes mention of potential delays that may occur during these times.
Also we would like to point out we contacted you 3 times updating you of the progress of your delivery and the actions we took with Australia Post to resolve the issues, to which you never responded.
