Would NOT recommend anyone

Would NOT recommend anyone. My husband bought my ring at Chalmers, so when my hands suddenly swelled rapidly at the end of my pregnancy so badly I couldn’t remove my ring I brought it into the shop to have it professionally cut off as a last resort. The sales rep assured me that after the birth I could come back in and they would solder it back together, no big deal. Once cut the rep then took my ring back to be examined by the jewelers who stated all diamonds were secure. Once I got home and went to put the ring in my safe for safekeeping I noted one of the diamonds from the band had fallen out and lying free in the bag Chalmers placed it in. Months later I returned to have it fixed now that I have some baby weight off. Different sales rep this time, she took the ring to the jewelers in the back to examine. She then proceeded to tell me that the rings band was “structurally unsound” and they were unable to repair it which would result in us paying nearly THREE THOUSAND dollars to have an entirely new band made. If Chalmers had told me it was going to cost almost half the cost of the entire ring to repair I would have NEVER let them cut it off me and just suffered through the rest of the pregnancy/swelling. Would not recommend 0/10. Avoid them at all costs.
