I ordered a door through Wicks and was informed that the door would be delivered by the supplier direct ( chamberlain) I had a phone message that my door would be delivered wed 4th August I phoned them to say I wouldn't be there and was given a date of Wed 9th August I organised a day off work and suitable cover I then had a call today to say that they will deliver the door the day before this will now cost me 2 days pay so chamberlain and wicks you have lost a customer

.....they fitted a ‘wonky’ garage door, to the extent you can see my garage floor from outside of the property !!!!!
They said they’d attend the property last week to fix it but they didn’t !! So who knows when it’ll get fixed - they should have got it right in the first place and then they wouldn’t need to come back !!!!!
A second appointment was made and they failed to attend that too, no call and no apology from anyone which is appalling !!!!!!
I had a thermal survey completed by a well known company recognised by Which and they stated in their report that the garage door was “poorly fitted”.
Not a company I’d recommend to anyone !!!!!
