Terrible customer service
Made an order 5 and a half weeks ago. Have not received an email back besides the confirmation of the order, no tracking number, no order status, nor the product.
Can't say anything about the product as I still don't have it, but the customer service is terrible.

NO COMMUNICATION
The website needs fixing as the availability of inventory seems not to work. ordered first week of September and gave them 2 weeks as apparently it was a pre-order but after emailing multiple times and calling, they have ZERO customer communication.
Was planning to order more but with the kind of service currently, it's disappointing!

Took money and didn't send anything!!
Ordered and paid - it's been over a month now and zero communication from them and no order. Feels like I've been scammed for £75 as I've sent multiple emails. I haven't received any info as to delivery/tracking. Don't order from this site.
