Our Victorian sash windows have been completely restored and look absolutely stunning. The craftsmanship is second to none, and they’ve kept every bit of the original charm whilst making them smooth and effortless to open.

I appear to be an outlier here but my experience with Chameleon/Scott James Sash Windows (basically the same company as SashCare, Chameleon Windows Decorators & CDC Restoration) is far from positive. They can be relied upon to be in complete denial if there is a problem with their, let us say, unorthodox work methods. One thing they do specialise in is gaslighting.

I am not alone in this opinion. Several UK glass suppliers will not deal with them anymore because of their fear of bringing their brand into disrepute. Caveat emptor.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Chameleon to restore all the windows in our home, and we are delighted with the outcome. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional.

For a fraction of that cost Chameleon have restored everything to a standard that is equivalent to brand new windows.

The level of customer service provided was outstanding. They were responsive, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that we were completely satisfied with the results. Any questions or concerns we had were promptly addressed, further solidifying our confidence in their expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Overall, we couldn't be happier with our experience. Our windows were in serious need of some attention and it was a job we’d been putting off for some time. Our only wish is that we’d found them sooner. They have truly transformed our home, providing a service that will enhance our quality of life for years to come.

They are truly the gold standard in their industry, and we wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking top-notch craftsmanship and exceptional service.
