The first delivery I got was stolen, but Chamelo acknowledged it wss left unsecured and sent me a replacement. The sound quality is good and they are solid sunglasses. Even got good reviews from my friends. Solid eyewear and helpful company.

THIS IS A SCAM they will send cheap knockoffs who look nothing like the real product. They won’t refund you, if you ask for a refund they will tell you to send them back and you will have to pay for the shipping fee by yourself. You will ger scammed once again

I ordered the Chamelo Veil just to see the quality and design of the brands glasses then going onto buy the Aura’s but good thing i did this.
First i payed for a quicker delivery, low and behold instead of a 3-5 day delivery i got the ‘sunglasses’ in 2 weeks
Secondly the product I received does not even look comparable to the ‘sunglasses’ that i received.
Responses for a refund were prompt without any apology and consideration that the glasses were not the same product and again, ill be having to fork out money again to send these back to China to get a full refund

No product, no refund, terrible customer service, pretty sure these guys are a scam

Paid for expedited shipping and yet to receive my item . I Keep getting the same response ‘shipping will be updated’. Day 8 and it now says my item was successfully delivered in Germany . I live in the UK !! Stay far away!
i have a string of emails regarding my Order . How comes now you can’t find it ? Last email from you was saying that it was shipped when i requested a refund !

I ordered two pairs of “Chamelo Aura” photochromic sunglasses – one for myself and one for my wife – from Chamelo Eyewear. The product was advertised as premium, color-changing sunglasses with high-quality lenses.

What I received was nothing like what was shown on their website. I received cheap, low-quality sunglasses that look like $0.50 knock-offs from a market. They have no photochromic effect at all and feel like plastic toys.

I contacted the company and they admitted the mistake, but instead of offering a fair solution, they asked me to return the items at my own expense to Hong Kong, which would cost more than the actual product value. This is unacceptable and violates basic consumer rights.

Thankfully, I managed to recover my money through Wise, but only after opening a dispute. However, I am still waiting for the second pair of sunglasses, and I fear it will be the same story again.

This company misleads customers with false advertising and does not offer reasonable support. I strongly advise everyone to avoid purchasing from Chamelo Eyewear.
