I honestly want to love your casino but…

I honestly want to love your casino but the customer service is not that great whenever there's an issue it takes forever to get solved and almost as treated as if it's the customer's problem and the games oftentimes they will compare to the other casinos that I've played at for years they go up and down honestly very rarely get bonuses compared to other casinos. I think your fun bonuses everyday are great but the more money that I put on the less free spins I get it's always free spins with purchase it makes no sense whatsoever and you're right back's been broken for weeks today it was fixed and I literally have 8 cents on there so that's annoying and now I have to deal with that it always seems like there's some type of like little issue that has to be solved in customer service can never help you on life support so it gets draining

I honestly enjoy the app but the one…

I honestly enjoy the app but the one big issue I have is that it has a lot of small problems that creates a headache at times because I have to keep contacting support to fix some of the problems and they won’t give me anykind of credit for my troubles that keep occurring time after time but if it wasn’t for that issue alone it would be a fantastic app and i would have gave it a 5 star review instead

Not fun.

I have never had a good time playing on chanced. I can't hit a decent win on any of the games I play. Not a good experience at all. I don't know why I even keep trying.
