I went into Chandlers yesterday morning to buy some easy fill resin in the Bookham branch when I got home to use it it was all hard and unusable. I did manage to get some out of the First bag as there’s two bags in a tub but it was all lumpy. I swept it up and took it back to Chandlers I spoke to the young lady who served me she said she would have to speak to the manager, he came out and spoke to me and said it is hard but you have to break it up and he is trying to squeeze it so it goes soft. I tried to explain to him. It should be free flowing. He said he couldn’t deal with it until he had spoken to the supplier, I said I only purchased it four hours ago. I had my receipt but he had to speak to the supplier before he could deal with it. I never purchased it from the supplier I purchased it from Chandlers. I would like to say it was complete incompetence. I guess it’s easier to not go back to the Bookham branch. I was made to feel that I had done something wrong not to say I purchased something that was not fit for purpose and not fit to be used. It was humiliating and I would suggest anyone buying anything like that to use B&Q or one of the big outlets who just would change it over with no problem, knowing that it was not able to be used I like to do an honest review so people don’t waste their time on companies that are good or bad 

Excellent customer service from the Banstead branch, sourced some paving slabs for me and had them ready for collection at their branch which was the closest for me. Polite, professional, friendly and helpful. Thank you to Ian and the team

Absolutely brilliant! Jason and Ben couldn't have been more helpful. The phone was answered after two rings and after I explained my problem I was put straight through to Jason who really put himself out to help. This is customer service at its best and I would recommend Chandlers over and above any DIY or similar stores in the area. My heartfelt thanks, Penny.

We went to Chandlers when we wanted to build an en-suite bathroom, they couldn’t have been more helpful at every decision. The show room had everything we needed to see and the advice and planning were very professional. A special mention for Joshua Perez-Moseley who was our main contact, he went above and beyond to resolve any small issues, offer advice and was exceptionally helpful.

So very impressed with Chandlers, Ringmer today.
A patio project, which we hadn't researched properly, went wrong. Chandlers couldn't have been more helpful.
Barney, on the desk, found out where we could source the stones we needed. When we had to cancel that order, we were able to 'cherry pick' matching stones, thanks to Martin's help. Barney, again, helped us to sort out what we needed with his adept use of the calculator! It was a horrible job, which both of Chandler's staff performed in a very pleasant manner. As a female, visiting building yard is not always the most inclusive experience. Chandlers were brilliant!

Great team of people here, very helpful, friendly and efficient. From the shop sales, phone sales yardmen and drivers, lovely people.
