One of the worst companies I had to deal with.As I don't have time to chase PPI refund (and I know I had PPI) I let Chandler and Simmons claim on my behalf.It took 3 months to receive first response. After sending emails to see progress on my claim I got no answer.After receiving response from lender which I have had ppi saying that I didn't have one they said they can't do anything else and lady on the phone was getting quite irritated when I start asking questions regarding my claim.Very unprofessional and poor service .
