Avoid the Chanel boutique in Chicago

Avoid the Chanel boutique in Chicago like the plague. Bad energy and badly run.

Also, Chanel products are badly made and the customer service is bad too.

Sad to see a unique brand being mismanaged. You will lose your money if you buy their products.

Poor manufacturing quality and…

Poor manufacturing quality and dishonest customer service. Do not buy Chanel if you value your money and things. Very disappointing experience. Sad to see an iconic brand being mismanaged and damaged. Definitely won’t buy Chanel again.

Disgusted

This is my second visit to Chanel in Selfridges London Store and each time the service has been horrendous. I can handle waiting in a queue for a short time and being given a time to come back but when in the store still waiting for some service whilst staff waltz past without even acknowledging you is just down right rude. The first time I think it took 2 hours before I was seen, the second time I waited and waited and staff could see I was waiting but just either ignored me or could not bothered, they obviously regard themselves too high and mighty and chose who they want to serve, so I had to walk out in disgust. The thought that ran through my mind was I had a lot of money to spend and you guys missed out and I will never go back to that store, at the end of the day you provide a service and if you don't deliver, no matter who you are, it is a shame on you and who you represent.

Chanel think that they are advertising…

Chanel think that they are advertising for themselves, by banning Russians from buying their products. The fact is that Russians, Chinese, Japanese and rich Arabs are the biggest buyers of Chanel products, and millions of those buyers will boycott Chanel for their discrimination against the Russian people.

Chanel Denmark ruining Chanel’s brand

I have been in the queue for some time and see several People comming out of the store. 8 People come out and they let 1 in. While still 15 minutes for the shop to close and being the last and only person in the queue I’m being told that there will be no more service. To me that’s no service at all. They offer an appointment which never works. Chanel Denmark you really know how to create a bad reputation for Chanel in general.

Chanel = Bad quality made in China

I bought 2Pcs of Chanel Allure Homme Sport Eau de Toilet in Schiphol airport at Euro 133.-
3 weeks later both pumps where broke, and I had to bin 133.- Euro’s worth of Eau de Toilet ☹
I told Chanel customer “service” about the problem, and they asked me a lot of questions.
I had to tell them, where I bought the items, what was the price, what was the registrations-number from both bottles and I had to send them my bank statement, to prove that I actually bought the item in Schiphol airport.
After having given all this information to Chanel, I got this message: >We kindly invite you to send your products by registered post to the following address: CHANEL Client Care Center………<

So after having spend Euro 133.- on product, Chanel now expected me to spend even more money on registered post. I of course refused and accepted the loss of Euro 133.-
Chanel is a bad quality product produced in China. Actually the Eau de Toilet is really nice, but the bottle / pumps are so cheap China-stuff, that you’ll end up having to dispose of the Eau de Toilet, as you can’t get it out of the bottle.
My advice to you will be not to buy Chanel, as it’s so sad to dispose of Euro 133.- product, and afterwards having customer “service” taking the pi*s.
