SO...FIRSTLY THEY WERE SELLING COINS FOR £4.99, THEN £5.99, THEN £8.99... AND NOW £9.99. TALK ABOUT EXTORTION!!!! RATHER THAN PROMOTING COIN COLLECTING YOUR UTTER GREED AND CONTEMT FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS IS DESTROYING IT. TRY LOOKING AT YOUR TRUST PILOT REVEIWS....JUST ABOUT SAYS IT ALL!

I have made several purchases, most arrive in a few days. If there is a delay, I've been told. And returns dealt with swiftly. I have no concerns whatsoever.

This is the worst company I have dealt with.
I ordered and paid on ebay £55 on the 4th October 2022 for the annual coin set.
I was waiting for 3 months and in the middle of January I had enough and I tried to cancel the order and get my money back.
It was not possible! As they have been banned from ebay, I could not be able to do anything, so I have asked my bank to step in, and I have done a charge back process.
It was all good until the other day, when the bank said that changechecker.com, has claimed the money back because of a phantomatic 120 days useful for this kind of procedures were already passed, so the bank was not allowed to do a charge back.
I have tried in many ways to speak to the bank and say that it was a scam as I have never received what I have paid for, but there is no way.
Changechecker.com has legally stolen £55 and I can not do anything!
How can you be so poor, you! You know you never sent me the item, so what is the reason to act like a damn thief!
Please do not buy anything from them, do not put one penny in advance for something will come in the future, as they will trick or treat you.
I hope all of you thieves, will enjoy the money you steal to people

Asked for a refund which they wont give just keep asking for Ebay to step in?

Bought a 2022 Annual 13 coin set of Queen Elizabeth II. They kept saying when the stock arrives they will send. They told me to wait, now I am not covered by eBay or PayPal payments guarantee, they closed their account, and opened a new one taking my money £59.95 - be aware they are scammers looking to rip people off. Do not trust, and ALWAYS ASK FOR A REFUND AFTER THEY MISS THE DELIVERY DATE. This way you will not lose your money. Remember eBAY 30 days, PayPal 180 days. After that 0 comeback, and they've got your money BE WARNED

Orderd king charles 3 coin on 6/10/22 keep saying they are sending it. Not received it yet 16/02/23. William will be king before this coin comes.

I ordered a "King Charles III" coin and one of "Queen Elizabeth II", the two coins are offered together.
*** I got 2 same coins of Elizabeth II and not one of the new king.
*** It took 3 months for delivery to Zurich.
*** No answer to my two emails, to find a solution.
One of the worst suppliers of coins I ever had!!!!

Terrible website. Slow and unstable. When using the collection page to show own collection, comes back as error every time. Pretty useless site really. Registered over a years ago and it's no better now.

I bought a puddle duck 50 p from them one side is silver one is bronze I don't get how it's got like that it's sealed uncirculated

I find this website useful as it has many tools to make collecting easier. The swap centre is a fun place to connect with other collectors and swap with them.

Bought coin from seller on eBay was astonished to find the seller was change checker so it pointless buying from them hoping to make profit as they also sell on eBay their coins are supposed to be brilliant uncirculated but the get them in bags and put them in their crap blue cardboard
