I tried to do exchange of 20 USDT -> ETH.
It was for test, and I needed to do my main exchange(large amount) after test succeed.
But the service didn't work for it.
I sent email 3 times to the support team for my coin refunded, but didn't receive. Finally, I contacted on live chat and the coin refunded.
Totally, the exchange didn't work, my coin refunded after 1 day, and 1$ lost as fee(they sent 19$ from 20$ USDT).
The exchange didn't work caused on there technical problem, but they took fee for refund the coin.
How can I use this service anymore?!

20 days to receive funds
Not hugely impressed. I sent my coins to exchange and 20 days later finally received my funds after having to contact the 3rd party who actually made the exchange which I had to go through KYC with.
The support team are pleasant and very prompt with replies but getting a clear answer is difficult in this type of situation.
