Fantastic customer service
Amazing app with fantastic customer support. My experience with Beno from Customer Service was exceptionally positiv and way above my expection. He reacted nearly immideately and seemed to make my issue his personal mission to solve which he did.
Little shortfalls that the app still may have are taken seriously and are being worked on with highest priority. With the kind and caring way Beno treated me with my problem I felt very comfortable (although 0,2 BTC were 'lost') and rested assured it would be fixed until it indeed was within 24 hrs.

Amazing app and an even greater customer support team
This a great app, particularly for Crypto beginners, with great fees, an easy to use interface and a fast withdrawal process. But the thing that impressed me the most was their customer service. It is, by far, the best customer service I have ever had the pleasure to contact. They really try to help you and do the best for you, they are quick to answer and they clearly care about making it the best experience possible for you. They even helped me with some critical issues I had, of my own fault, and they were amazing in solving my problem. I can't recommend them enough. Change is also clearly growing and getting better by the day. You can see that they are trying to add new features and making the experience the best possible. They also listen to suggestions. I am extremely happy to have chosen this app, and I can't wait to see how much they grow in the following years!

Customer service contact me and asked for proof of address, and threatens to freeze my account if i dont send him the document in 2 days.
This is unfair, cheating me the money to surprise me with new request.

The worst company on the market
The worst company on the market, by far.
If you load your card with different wallets or keys, you will be presented with a big questionary and need provide more documents.
They will close your account if you do not provide it.
Just sent 0.121 BTC to my account with a different key/wallet, account was suspended.
Its not a trust company. There are some kids managing this... please get away immediately.
