Awful service with high fees and unempathetic customer service.

Terrible service with high passive account fees and very unhelpful customer service. 4 years of trading wasted for their incompetence who weren't able to understand a clarification. At the end a waste of effort, money and time. I ended with less money than the actual crypto prices. Although the app seemed to work well technically, the customer service and their T&C are terrible and unable to understand. Finger weg!

Happy user since 2020, and yes, I do read my email :)
I actually feel bad for all the 1-star ratings which seem to be 100% from people who don't follow their emails. The bad experience is due to not making note of the clearly communicated change in terms of service (no, this review was not solicited nor is it paid for, I'm writing this because I feel upset from reading all the poor reviews). I made note of their notification on the day it arrived and immediately went to check my status on the app. Next, I notified my sons who are also users of the service. I really place the responsibility to follow your messages on the user, what else could they do, seriously??
Sure, the account setup was a bit clunky due to requirement of initial deposit being made through bank payment (a requirement which I totally understand, by the way), but other than that, it's such an easy and intuitive UI, customer service has always bent over backwards to clear my issues, they are very adaptable (some improvement proposals I've made were implemented on some of their updates), and deposits/withdrawals are super fast even to another country. All the bitter reviews here, although I understand where they stem from, are so unwarranted.
For any long term investment purposes, I highly recommend Change Invest. Just keep taps on your account every three months (you should monitor your investments more frequently anyways!!) and you're good 👍

They left me without my money

They left me without my money with their onesided change of therms, they introduced a passive account fee, with that, silently withdrawed my 140-150€... Its unethical, if not even illegal, we didnt even accepted theese terms. They sent us some mails ("like 4", as they replied me on google feedbacks), just in the last one was highlighted "nice in the title" this fee. I think you got a lot of money from a lot of unactive hodlers, unfortunately it will eventually bankrupt you, if this is not already a target...

By continuing to use our service after receiving this notification from 18. 8. 2023 (reminder 18. 9. 2023), you effectively accepted the updated terms, which became effective from 19. 9. 2023.

Yes. We sent out "like 4" emails (including the ONE titled "Passive Account Maintenance Fee" but NOT ONLY ONE about this fee) to inform all our customers about changes to our T&Cs, as well as the introduction of the inactivity fee. We also updated our website and posted about these changes on social media. Our goal was to be as transparent as possible and ensure that all customers were informed well in advance. Every financial institution changes its pricing from time to time and we didn't change ours for a long time.

If you feel that you were not adequately informed, we apologise and would be happy to help you resolve this matter. Please contact our customer support who can verify if and when you received any of the emails mentioned.

Suprisingly they have now added a "passive account fee" which is 20 euros per month. 20 god damn euros? How do other platforms handle theirs for maximum 5 euros per month? What exactly makes you think you are worth 20 euros every month?
You have STOLEN 200 euros form me. From now on, I consider your company dishonest and I will do my best to spread the word and advise my friends to stay away from this company.
You are an absolute disgrace.

You sent emails advising that you had updated your t&cs but in none of these emails did you indicate that a €20 inactivity fee had been added.
Such a drastic change should have been better publicized and instead you played on the fact that few go to see what exactly has changed and to discover this inactivity fee you had to go and discover it among the dozens of pages of your t&c.
You have been very dishonest.
A change of this type had to be indicated in the email and accepted by users.

Following your response which gives me the list of notices you sent via email, the fact remains that such a change had to be approved by customers. In your emails the amount of the tax was not specified, perhaps because you knew it was more like a robbery than a tax?
It was enough to block the account until the customer approved it by giving a time limit after which if the customer approved the tax it could be applied and if he did not approve the account would be closed and the balance refunded to the customer and instead you preferred to suck money like the mosquitoes.
The drop in your Trustpilot score shows that what you did was considered dishonest and probably a sign of failure to come.

Please name one financial institution that freezes client accounts in case of changes to its T&Cs.

Thieves

They introduced a fee that specifically targets people that would not know about it.

The only think they did was sending email, which end app in my spam. And as I didn't use the app for a while (waiting for the bull market), I didn't know about the change. Now I logged in to my account and all my crypto is gone.

If this is not illegal, it is at least unethical. If they can't function without stilling assets of they clients, then they shouldn't a company.

Scammers! Avoid them!!! I came back after a long time to app and the account is almost empty. They stole 20 euros each month. You should write a letter every month when the money has been taken!!!!!!!
