At the moment we only have the option to deposit Euro via bank transfer or card. We understand there are more convenient ways of depositing and we are exploring options for the future, but we also want to make sure they keep being secure ways of depositing funds.

No access to my money and no response from support team
16/3/21:
So I have been with Change invest since January. My verification (passport) passed so I was able to buy numerous cryptos which was great. However, all of I sudden I was unable to buy or sell anything even though it says ‘success’ under verification. This issue has been going on for more than 4 weeks and I am very frustrated. I have emailed the support team for about 25 times since 4 weeks and I am getting no response. I have provided them with my passport again just in case it’s a verification issue and also screenshots but no response.Please can you sort out this issue. This is really frustrating. Please check my emails!!!
Today: 18/3/21 still no action. I wanted to sell my cardanos as they went up. This is ridiculous!

ETH deposit made and chain block…
ETH deposit made on 4th of March and chain block validated but not visible in the wallet. Support did not reply to any of 12 messages. It has been 5 days since transaction and still no ETH nor reply, very unprofessional and not to mention that the eth sum was not small.
Update- day 6, no eth no reply
Update- day 7, still no eth nor reply from the support
Update- day 7, finally support replied that they will get back to me and my request has been forwarded to the team.
Update- day 8, nothing yet is solved
Update- day 8 in the late hours, eth finally deposited and also 20 euro compensation added. Will give them another chance but if this happens again will change the app.

I use change invest few months, and nothing problem. But yesterday(8.3) i sent a lot money (15000 eu) to the change invest, but money nowhere, its sepa pay. I write to support, and the say (i copy message there):
Support: Occasionally, we need to verify the source of our customer’s funds (SoF).
This is a legal routine and not something you’d need to worry about nor it will be requested from you for every single deposit you make.
Kindly send us a document where we can identify your source of funds. This can be by providing us the following:
A copy of your last payslip showing:
Job title. If not mentioned, please include it in your response
The employer name and their official website (if available)
The net salary/payment.
I doing all what is write up, sending all information, last payslip.. but nothing. Nothing answer, nothing money. Please, urgent solution.

Support is not responding after days
Support is not responding after days. They frozen my account with all asset without warning and/or explanation. However, they keep sending me marketing emails.
I hope one day they will respond to my emails.
Until you would need their support team to respond to you - platform itself works pretty well. There is a lot to improve so they could earn better experience than 1 star.
