Extremely disappointing experience — poor output, repeated failures, and inadequate support
**⭐ 1 Star**
I purchased a yearly plan from Channel Farm expecting a reliable AI generation platform that would help me create high-quality outputs efficiently. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing, and I regret making the investment.
The biggest issue is that the generation workflow frequently fails or produces results that are far below what I expected for the amount I paid. Even when I take the time to clearly explain what I need and use structured prompts prepared with the help of tools like ChatGPT and Gemini, the results often don't meaningfully improve.
One of the most frustrating problems is the regeneration process. I can provide a detailed, structured prompt specifically explaining what needs to change, yet the system repeatedly generates essentially the same result. This ends up consuming tokens without actually moving the output toward what was requested. After multiple attempts, it becomes extremely frustrating because I'm spending both time and paid resources without getting closer to a usable result.
The quality of the generated output has also been a major disappointment. Based on my experience, I have received results that I consider significantly below what I can achieve using more general-purpose AI tools. I've shown some of these outputs to people around me, and their reaction was similar: they felt that tools such as Gemini could produce better results for the same kind of task.
Customer support has been another major issue. When something goes wrong, there doesn't appear to be sufficiently responsive support available to help resolve the problem quickly. Raising a ticket does not give me confidence that someone will actually step in and troubleshoot the issue when I need assistance. For a service that requires a substantial upfront investment, I expected a much stronger support experience.
What makes this particularly frustrating is that I didn't simply use the platform casually and decide that I didn't like it. I spent considerable effort trying to make it work — understanding the system, preparing structured prompts, refining my instructions, regenerating outputs, and troubleshooting the results. Despite that effort, I repeatedly encountered the same problems.
For the price of the yearly plan, I expected a significantly more reliable product, better generation quality, and substantially better customer support.
Based on my experience so far, I would strongly recommend that potential customers carefully evaluate the product with their own use cases before committing to an expensive yearly plan. For me personally, the value delivered has not justified the cost, and the combination of poor output quality, repeated generation failures, wasted tokens, and inadequate support has made this a very frustrating investment.
**I am giving Channel Farm 1 star because my overall experience has fallen far short of what I expected from a paid yearly subscription.**
