Window sill damage on mg 4 trophy

Window sill damage on mg 4 trophy. Booked into Chapelhouse MG Wigan for repair. 1st replacement sill ordered in wrong colour and damaged paint work on removal in the process (which was fixed after pointing it out and the only thing they have fixed so far!) subsequent 3 replacement sills all arrived with exact same damage. 1 damaged replacement I can understand but all 3 arriving with the exact same damage I don’t believe. This has gone on for over a month. I’ve had to arrange and rearrange cancer treatment while dropping the car off with the service department to get this fixed. Absolutely appalling. I’ve raised a formal complaint with the head office and also with MG UK. Let’s see what happens

Helpful staff

Both Q and David were extremely helpful in allowing us to determine what car was the right car for us.
Both were very pleasant and everything was explained to us in detail and in such a way that we understood.

MOT at Chapel house

Yesterday I took my car in to Chapel house for it's MOT .I was told that Julie would be looking after me.When my car was finished Julie rang me up to explain any repair work and advisories,she was very polite and helpful and I found her very easy to chat to.

5 star Garage!

​I cannot recommend Chapelhouse Blackpool enough! Taking your car to a garage can often feel daunting, but the team here completely shattered those worries.
​I brought my car in for a noise on the engine, expecting a massive bill. Instead of trying to upsell me on unnecessary repairs, they diagnosed the actual issue quickly, explained exactly what needed to be done in plain English, and gave me a highly reasonable quote.

Helpful and Friendly Staff

We were very happy with the recent purchase of our Suzuki Swift from Chapel House Southport, where we looked after by Gary Toni & Tom.
We appreciated the time taken to explain the car's features and guide us through the purchase process. I'm pleased to say it didn't take me long to get used to the different clutch compared with our Focus!
After taking the car home, we noticed that the tyre inflation kit was missing. We contacted the dealership, and they responded promptly, assuring us that they would get the matter sorted.
Thanks again for making the whole experience such a positive one. We were delighted with the service, very happy with the deal we received, and would recommend Chapelhouse to anyone looking for a car . Angela & Alan

Extremely disappointed

After previously proving 5*reviews with this garage I was really disappointed to have recent poor experience over 2 weeks ago and STILL waiting on a call back. After spending just over £300 on a service I came to collect my car and noticed my NSF wing was scratched on one panel - I suspect from the valet and on raising this with a senior member of staff I believe this is not the first time. I then went to start my car and the battery was flat - never skipped a beat prior to thus and had only been in the garage for 48 hours.
I have never received a vehicle health check or a formal apology for the damage or inconvenience I've experienced. We've purchased two cars from here now and returned every year for servicing on both vehicles but clearly loyal custom or a main deal experience is no longer a thing. Please be mindful if considering booking your car in here.

Suzuki Vitara purchase

Fazian dealt with my purchase in a very friendly, patient, and professional manner despite all my telephone calls and the extreme heat.
The whole transaction went very smoothly thanks to him and the manager Tom. I would certainly recommend Chapelhouse Blackburn to anyone.

I put a deposit down for a car

I put a deposit down for a car. Changed my mind and requested my money back. I was told it'd be refunded back to my debit card. 2 weeks later, no refund. I called them back and i was told the refund was never processed in the first place bec they needed my bank account details. It's been nearly a month and still no refund.

I have just bought the new MGZS & I've…

I have just bought the new MGZS & I've got to say its more than worth the money.
My intention was to buy a 2nd hand model, but their sales assistant Gary- quiet a happy individual - showed me the new model & it just clicked.
Not that he was pushy, but rather amiable, & let the product do the talking.
However when I needed to question something then he answered in an instant.
I found the experience very professional and customer focused, with Gary very knowledgable of the product.
I have to say that Gary himself is a credit to the company as he very quickly built a rapport with myself & my wife & allowed us time to look at the vehicles without being that constant shadow, you sometimes get.
When I went to pick up the car, he also showed me the MG annual service contract & I took advantage of this at the same time.
All in all, an easy, comfortable, and friendly experience & I would have no hesitation in recommending the company in the future.

Had my car serviced at the Blackpool branch. They did everything I asked, the car was ready before the agreed time and washed too! Fantastic service, well done
