I can’t recommend Chappers Motorcycle Training in Hereford highly enough. I completed my Direct Access training with them and passed both Mod 1 and Mod 2 first time, which is a testament to the quality of instruction they provide.
Paul and Polly were absolutely exceptional throughout. Their training was professional, structured, and incredibly effective, but what really stood out was their approach. They created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere with plenty of laughs, while still making sure every lesson was focused and purposeful.
What I appreciated most was that they don’t just train you to pass the test—they genuinely care about developing you into a safe, confident, and progressive rider. Every bit of guidance was clearly aimed at building real-world riding skills that will stay with me long after the test.
It was also clear just how many people they’ve trained over the years—riding around, there were constant nods and waves from other bikers who had clearly come through Chappers. They’re not just a training school, they’re building a real community.
I’m already looking forward to going back for their annual charity BBQ, which just sums up the kind of people they are.
If you’re considering doing your bike licence, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Brilliant experience from start to finish.
