I had a fantastic experience with CHAPS from start to finish. Their communication was excellent throughout, keeping me fully informed and making everything straightforward and stress-free.

The service on-site was just as impressive. The engineer took the time to properly explain what was going on with the boiler, talked me through the work, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before and after. You can tell they take real pride in what they do.

Overall, I couldn’t have asked for better. A genuinely professional, reliable, and friendly service.

10 out of 10. I’ll definitely be using CHAPS again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

Ian arrived on time to service our gas boiler and fire. He was very thorough and tidy and also added leak sealer which I had bought without any issue. We have used CHAPS for a number of years and they have always responded when needed. Why go anywhere else.

CHAPS always do the annual service for my unvented boiler, they are always on time, professional, friendly and tidy.

Contacted Ian to arrange our annual service of our Inter Gas boiler. He came back to me the same day and agreed to the following week on 30/11.
He arrived today on time and completed the service in his usual cheery demeanor.
Ian installed our boiler several years ago which was a first class job at a reasonable price.
We have used Chaps for for any other plumbing issues we have had.
If your looking for a first class job you can't go wrong with CHAPS.

Highly recommend CHAPS plumbers. I had a plumbing emergency caused by a tenant, in the middle of the Fringe festival...absolute nightmare to get hold of a plumber of course. CHAPS were the one business who thankfully came back to me almost straight away, and went way over and above to arrange a visit on the same day, I couldn't believe how helpful and accommodating they were. Great communication, diagnosed and explained the issue then sorted it out quickly and efficiently. I can't thank them enough! Very reasonably priced too - really can't recommend them high enough. Contracted CHAPS for an annual boiler service, for 3rd year running (as well as other jobs). Very responsive, prompt and professional. Always the first point of contact for plumbing jobs.

Called with a suspected leak & burst boiler after all the frost and a lovely chap John came out really quickly. Was super friendly, informative and genuine. Even advised me on what parts I could do myself!

I'm clueless when it comes to boilers etc. So really appreciated John talking my partner and I through things in a way that was clear rather than condescending or full of jargin.

Couldn't recommend enough and will definitely be using again and recommending to everyone I know.

They came at the time specified, were extremely well organised and fitted a complete heating system to my old cramped cottage. No fuss, just got on with it.
