I have immediately checked your tracking status (Tracking: UUS61K0480903858031 via UniUni). Our records show the package was out for delivery as early as January 24th, but the latest update on January 28th indicates a 'Failed Delivery' attempt in Coatesville, PA. This usually means the driver could not locate a safe place to leave the package or could not access the delivery address.
