Brilliant service and great bikes!

Electric cycle delivered very promptly and in an excellant condition.

Customer service is appauling.

We ordered two F1 Hub e-bikes from Charged at the Camping and Caravan Show at the NEC. Reece and the team have designed a truly amazing 20 inch wheel folding e-bike that is right up at the top of any similar offerings that are currently on sale. We chose the larger longer range battery. The build quality is superb with hydraulic disc brakes and full suspension. Delivery was fast and the bikes came amazingly well packaged. So far we haven't ridden them too far but the comfort and power delivery are superb. The bikes have great touches like automatic lights that come on when needed and a USB charging point for phones on the main controller. These bikes will fold easily and be a great opportunity to cycle full days when we are away in our camper van. These are truly superb British assembled bikes that have just come on to the market and are well worth considering when choosing a folding ebike.

Excellent service and support so far, company has been great to deal with. Everything delivered on time and well packed.
Haven’t used the bikes much as yet but so far so good!

I found that this company provided a service that was both courteous and helpful. This seems to be missing in many of our companies these days.

What a brilliant company to deal with, which ever way you contact them, they always respond very quickly and sort out an queries you might have straight away.
the products talk for themselves...well engineered and a pleasure to ride and not all that expensive compared to other makes. Great value for money.

Purchased two ebikes from Reece and he delivered them to my home ( over 50 miles away). Fantastic service from start to finish. I couldn’t fault Reece’s professionalism and knowledge. He spent lots of time with me and my wife making sure we purchased the right bikes and even let us a test ride them.

Sold me.a electric bike...when I went to pick it up said he forgot to turn charger on....battery dead....waiting one month.....says mobile cracked....at funerals......weather bad so battery delayed etc.etc. rents out cycles but wont loan me one till issue resolved....now nit picking up phone.....wont send receipt, keeps sending to wrong email!!!!! Will update this review.....did not want to do this but no option....next option small claims court and complaints to onbudsman etc if not resolved very soon.
Update is.....this company is not registered with cycle to work and has been calling them numerous timrs trying to get registered but did not inform me.....No battery is coming....ALL LIES...if he dies not take the useless bike back I shall go to court and talk to TRADING STANDARDS....will update further

Incredibly helpful and great value - I booked an appointment and Reece spent plenty of time with me as I chose my bike. He also introduced me to Green Commute Initiative that meant I could get a much more expensive bike with the tax breaks that saved me a fortune. Reece also did a thorough hand over of the bike in the evening at a time that suited me. I could not have asked for more.

We bought two electric bikes from these guys and are extremely happy with the whole experience, we firstly went down the usual route of the major stores, however we were not getting a good feel and the Ebikes they were selling felt cheap. So we looked for a dedicated Ebikes shop and we found Charged. They ask you to make an appointment prior to going to the shop, and we were a little sceptical as to why, however on our arrival it soon became clear that they do this so they can give you their full attention and expertise in finding the right bike for you. They do not pressure sell either which is in my opinion great. We explained prior to our arrival our needs and they had the Ebikes they thought would be appropriate in the shop waiting for us to try. We ended buying two folding Ebikes and are very happy as mentioned. Charged are a relatively new company but they will go far as they have just got everything right thus far great service friendly knowledgeable and fantastic customer service
