Took payment or my order, never responded to emails / reviews posted and have now shut down the site. Leaving this review to warn anyone should they try to start up their scam again.

Zero response, even after ive sent email to both your sales and press accounts.
Ive completed an online contact form just now again to follow up.

It would have been a 5 if you had contact details on the web page. I bought from you between Christmas and new year. My payment went throughout but I got no notification from your company. I understand that you were probably closed but even an automated response would have been nice. I thought it was a scam till I got your first e mail 2 weeks later. And my stuff arrived thanks

Terrible customer service! I wrote a several emails, wrote on FB and tried calling (number is down). ZERO reply or even acknowledging the contact...
Given the occasional fb post there clearly IS somebody ignoring all that and the company is not bankrupt... they just scam you out of your money...
Irrespective of who's fault it is this is completely unacceptable and unprofessional to not even reply to the customers! The price of delivery was 30% of the total value!

1. when i opened the sealed product, the actual product casing / covers were loose and does not clip together properly, seems as if the product was perhaps dropped or opened by someone before. So ive had to tape the cover closed to keep it from wanting to come apart by itself.
Do Idea if it was dropped as there was no evidence when it arrived

no delivery - impossible to contact
I ordered a few power banks on Dec 31st 2018.
In beginning February still nothing, no reply to my email, and the phone line in the UK is disconnected.

Apologies Simon. As discussed in email, we had issues with shipping to Australia due to Lithium Battery restrictions and parcel was returned. Your order was refunded.
The device is brilliant but until it goes wrong unfortunately your on your own. I have been ringing customer service every week for the last month asking for a new part. Needless to say I'm still waiting. I have had emails asking for a postal address but nothing arrives.
