*incompetence shows no bounds*.

Even this rating may go down since I STILL HAVE NOT recieved my order. They promised me it would only be 2 to 4 days to get my order that was three days ago tomorrow will make four. It left in Newark California and supposed to head for Las Vegas. Not only did they make it 3 days late leaving Newark, but apparently they're incompetence shows no bounds. They sent it to Oakland in the opposite direction and now they're claiming they need to the 14th, 3 days away while I continue to wait. It is a charger for my e-scooter which of course means I have no transportation while they take my charger on a tourist ride! They claim it will be here on the 14th but they told me it would be here no later than the 11th. So now it's going to be 3 days late from when it was promised. But did I get an apology or an explanation or even better than that a discount. I guess their incompetence knows no bounds! So going to Las Vegas you send it off in the opposite direction to Oakland. I feel this company could screw up a one-man parade! No apology no discounts and still no product. For their sake they better hope they at least get the order right. You don't get a second chance to make a first impression but I would have to be as incompetent as this company to give this company a second chance!

Great customer support

The customer support team is really great. Responsive and helpful. I didn’t initially get my item as a result of USPS error, and after notifying them of the situation, they offered to send me a replacement free of charge. The support team made the experience worthwhile.

Ordered laptop battery

Ordered laptop battery. Shipping delayed. Then it was routed back to them so I never got it. Refunded me for battery and STILL charged me shipping!! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I ordered from them multiple times

I ordered from them multiple times, the first one was damaged accidentally, I found an alternative from another seller but didn't work well, I re-ordered from them again, the charger from them was just the proper length not like the one from another seller.

Cheap product that does not work

Cheap product that does not work. Sent the item back and never got a refund. They stop responding to emails once you let them know you want a refund. I had to pay to ship it back, costing me even more than the original purchase.

First, they took forever to shipped the product for which they had immediately processed the payment. And when notified that the product they had advertised did NOT work...they engaged in an email volley( stall) when a refund was requested!
Demanding that pictures of the devices be sent and blaming the user for ordering incorrectly! It has been less than a week that the chargers were received and they are stealing money from a Middle School to keep from refunding!! They're stating that they will charge a fee if they take them back to open each package (only 2 were open and the rest are sealed as received)! They state that the labor costs involved with opening each and restocking with consume most of what was paid for purchasing!! This is the WORST company and we are going to report to their area BBB(now listed as Newark, CA). Do NOT use this company or their shody knockoff products!!

DON’T waste your time and money!

If I could give zero stars I definitely would. I ordered a laptop charger last week and still haven’t received it, after paying more for shipping and I haven’t even so much as got a confirmation email stating it’s even been shipped! This generic site is nothing but a joke due to the fact after I called “customer service” entitled “chargerbuy” they have nothing to do with chargerbuy.com orders at all! You can only email them and lord knows how long that’ll take it we’re basing it upon the decency they have as business people alone. Like I said/ to sum it up, spend a little extra money, go to a different website and order from there. At least they’ll be legit UNLIKE these Unprofessional “businessmen!”

would give them less than 1 if possible

What a scam company with less than no customer service. Ordered a power cord. Ok so my bad I mistyped my zip code. Did I get a tracking number, no...did I get any follow or notice that it was returned, no. Tried to contact, well of course there is no phone number for the company which should be the first signal. Then the trying to deal with their service people via email is a joke. You are warned if you deal with this company.

Made my monitor catch on fire…

Made my monitor catch on fire (unplugged after smoke began). Asked for a return label. They denied it was possible and asked me to make a video...no I will not make a video and endanger anyone just for my refund. Terrible.

Sold me three defective chargers

I bought a charger they listed as compatible with my laptop, it died in a month. They sent a free replacement, it died in a month. I paid for a different model their tech recommended, it died in a month. They had no interesting in examining the defective units. I tested them with a multimeter and found they were outputting 43 V AC. Customer Service brushed off this information because I’m not a certified tech, claiming you can’t test with a multimeter because of the complex design, which is hogwash.
