Terrible service, avoid buying anything from here.

Avoid - this is a scam operation. I naïvely ordered a laptop charger but it hasn't arrived after almost 3 weeks and they have sent me a set of stock excuses. They have ignored my request for a refund. I suspect the charger will never arrive.

I ordered a laptop battery for my HP Laptop and looked at the reviews for the website and was worried after. It is a Chinese based company hence it took a lot longer than the 5-10 days advertised for the parcel to arrive. However, I did eventually receive a genuine HP part for a good price-took about 15 days to reach the UK.

Disgraceful company based in China pretending to be UK based. Products are fake. The 'original' battery I bought didn't even work!

DON'T EXPECT ANY SUPPORT FROM PAYPAL. I PROVIDED THEM WITH A PERSONAL EMAIL FROM ROYAL MAIL STATING THEY WOULD NOT ACCEPT LITHIUM BATTERIES. PAYPAL AWARDED IN FAVOUR OF CHARGERS-ONLINE - £60 WASTED

Update - I ordered an original battery from MSI directly at great expense, but it works perfectly, so I can confirm that this company sell FAKE products

I can confirm all that is said here - this is a real con and a pain - UK domain (!) showing hundreds in stock - but it all comes direct from China.

Poor customer services. I had to chase them in order to get battery sent out, and they fobbed me off until making Paypal case. Delivery is meant to be 4-6 business days, I received the battery after 22 days. I think it's an original Dell battery, Dell software shows status as Excellent but not 100% sure as I feel life is slightly less than it should be. I wouldn't recommend even with ok pricing.

I ordered a Hp laptop charger and paid for 'best way' delivery because I needed it urgently and I messaged letting them know this and they sent me the tracking number in response. It was taking too long so I requested a cancellation and my message was ignored. It finally arrived after 13 days, I bought it because it was 'original', however, I am certain it is not and I'm guessing that even if i return it, I won't receive a refund from what I've read from these other reviews. Also, they have 89 reviews on their website, all 5 stars and they all use the same language - so clearly faked.

I ordered a battery replacement for a laptop an despite saying it would take 6 working days it has been 23 days and I still didnt get it. In website there is no contact. I fortunately paid paypal and got a reply stringing me along saying its on the way. I asked for a refund and no refund given so far. It is a terrible service and terrible company if it is a company. I would give -5 start if it was possible.
Do not use.

Bought a HP Omen gaming laptop battery in Oct 2019 at this website without noticing it was a Chinese seller. The battery took over two weeks to arrive and my questions in the mean time were not answered.
Roll forward to now Aug 2020 the battery is only holding a 100% charge for around 50 minutes and on start up a warning that the battery is damaged.
I have contacted the "company" they replied swiftly this time which was quite a shock. However upon reading I know why, they only want £20 for a new one.....go do one!

ordered a new charger for my laptop and they sent me a second hand one, i returned on my own expense and it got "lost in the post" so no refund, bad communication from Andrew Boyd who for an English sounding name has a very poor grasp of English

ordered 90watt, had charger 45watt charger delivered, advertised as new original dell charger, second hand non-dell original charger delivered, appalling customer service

Stay away!!!

A China based company acting like they are based in the UK! (chargers-online.co.uk)

I bought a Dell charger which turned out to be a replica and it had signs of heavy usage. Extremely bad customer service and company ethics.

Stay away from these guys and don't trust them.
