I bought a magnetic car phone holder…
I bought a magnetic car phone holder charger. I’m not happy with it. My phone keeps falling off. I’m still waiting for a response on how to return the item. I finally got a response. I was told to pay to return it plus a restocking fee of £3.99. It’s not my fault the item does not work for me. I’d rather keep it than lose possibly £7 out of £20. Poor customer service. I have to pay to return an item !!!

Sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the unit. In order to use the MagSafe car charger your phone must be in a MagSafe case.

Hi Ann, sorry to hear this but if you had contacted us via our chat with us or used our compatibility feature on our website it would show that the Apple iPhone 8 is not Magsafe Qi compatible and therefore can not charge your phone.

Disappointed to be honest
Disappointed to be honest. The items feels cheap, and is slow to charge. The EarPod charging point doesn’t work on the EarPod Pro’s.
The car charger also feels cheap. The magnet isn’t strong enough and the phone spins as your drive, and falls of the magnet if the road is a little bumpy. Definitely not worth the £60 I spent for the two items.. I’d ask for a refund if I haven’t already recycled the boxes.. 👎🏼

Disapointed with item and poor customer service…
I ordered a charging cube for my iPhone and Apple Watch. Unfortunately the cube is like a disco with flashing lights changing colour, which is not suitable when you are trying to sleep. This wasn’t mentioned on the item description and when raised with CHARGit, they said these could be switched off, but then didn’t know how. Very expensive disappointment, and very poor customer service!

This company buys their products from China, most likely in Temu or shein and then sells for 5x more. Box barely had anything written in english as most of it was in chinese… a bit of a waste of money if I’m honest, if I wanted a cheap chinese product I could have paid £5 from Temu instead of £40 from here.

Item faulty, no response or refund from customer services
My item was faulty. I have emailed customer services but had no response, it’s been overa week since it happened. Disappointed with the product and the service.
I got a car holder/charger for iPhone 15 pro max. The adhesive on the ring magnet isn’t strong enough for the weight of the phone

Purchased 2 devices, both were faulty :-(
Both of the devices were either faulty on arrival (would not charge an iPhone) or failed within a week (psu clicks and none of the three devices receives a charge).
Would not recommend.
