Mimosa cutlery - very nice, delivery process - less so

Ordered cutlery from Mimosa line. Easy and clear ordering process on the website, followed by quite common nowadays issues with 'delivery partner'. Charingworth customer service person I needed to contact re: delivery was OK, but not super helpful or nice.
Product very nice though - minimaly detailed, graceful and well blanced, every item lies comfortably in the palm - both the dinner and the salad/starter sets. We went for the 'mirror' finish - very pleased with selection.

Inconsistent approach to pricing…

Inconsistent approach to pricing results in widely varying prices for same items. Happy with items we bought but felt ripped off as bought the same again to expand our set at half the price soon after from an indirect seller.
