Worst customer service
Hi,
I just wanted to let you know my experience with customer service of this company. It’s really awful!!! Kelly Greene should take a step and study the business ethics and customer service basics.
Once the company lost mu order, I tried to reach them and got hit by unexpected unpleasant and and unprofessional customer service. Not only they lost my order, but after emailing them didn’t respond for a couple of days. I had to open disput with my credit company and ask them for a refund. Our discussion was more about to block me as a customer instead of bringing any apologies for the lost my order.
Finally, I ordered second time and product has arrived. BUT ordered the third time and they refused to deliver. In very competitive times and high competitive market, they just decided to lost a client who makes profit for them. In addition, they really didn’t send any email or phone calls to let me know, myorder was canceled!
This company will end up with big problems and bankruptcy of the business, tye core of this (and any) business ARE CLIENTS! I cannot even rate them, they will dig a hole for themselves by themselves! Good luck, guys!
