Very easy to order and order emails arrive promptly. Not quite sure what to do next however... I bought an avast package for 1 year to renew current package, and had to ask for help as to whether I need to trigger this to take over from the last one, or whether it happens automatically.

Advisor good but fee per license and delivery time bad
The advisor who help me get registered was good and got everything sorted well so 4/5 stars for that but .. I find it unfair that donated software (from Microsoft) is charged an "admin fee" not by order but by quantity as the cost to you is the same whether an order quantity is for 1 or 5 or 50 so why charge £13 per license! And then to find out that it takes up to 4 days to receive product code for software where no delivery is involved is crazy. Order most/any software, including direct from Microsoft via 365 Admin, is normally instant or within minutes so waiting days for a product key is not ideal.
