Supporting charities on software and hardware procurement
Charity Digital provides excellent deals from vendors leading the software and hardware market. I am a trustee who volunteers for a charity. We use discounted products through Charity Digital, and their service is excellent in finding and delivering the required products.
Charity Digital must be the first stop of charities while procuring for their IT needs.

Making tech affordable for small charities
Very straightforward to order Norton Small Business cyber protection. Confidentiality is doubly important for a charity offering mediation services and would be a much greater burden on our finances without Charity Digital and Tech Soup.

Excellent help and support
Firstly the software through exchange being affordable it enables our resources to be focussed on delivery.
We got a bit stuck with getting software and installation. We were able to use the online and spoke to Damla who was very helpful.
Being a small charity there is an element of organisational admin which is taken in be the Development Worker, so it was really helpful to have someone who was understanding on the other end of the chat.

The only reason it did not get 5 stars to start with is because it was not clear that it could take 3-5 days to receive the download however it did arrive only a few hours later

It's great this service exists
It's great this service exists. 4 stars because the process of actually accessing my fulfilment email with the instructions of how to get the product and codes etc was really convoluted. They have 2 different websites and the info could only be accessed via the account in the right one (confusing if you didn't know there are 2 websites!). I recommend that they also email the fulfilment email directly to purchasers with all the links of where to access the details.
