When i violate AUP the provider snoop my server and found it and suspend it. But AUP said it will give 48 hours warning to resolve. The provider didn't give me 48 hours warning but asking for 25$ for backup. When i post it on LET forum, people make him realize his mistake he unsuspend me and give me time to take backup. then its resolved by deleting all Violated data. Then after 2 weeks , all scenery changed when he ask me to comment on let forum about positive side of CH. Then i refused. and guess what? i am suspend forever. So stay away from such provider.

We always encourage open and respectful communication. When customers reach out to us directly, we do our best to resolve issues amicably and with mutual respect. Our goal is always to find a fair solution whenever possible.
However, we cannot tolerate personal attacks, insults, or attempts to defame our staff and organization—whether in private communications or public forums. Such behavior, alongside continued AUP violations, is a primary reason for account suspension or termination. We want to clarify that actions taken are based on policy violations and not on whether a customer shares the outcome or feedback online. In fact, we have previously waived administrative fees and reinstated accounts when customers have constructively engaged with us.
We value all our customers and strive to treat everyone with respect. We ask for the same courtesy in return so we can work together to resolve any concerns.

CharityHost lied to TrustPilot and claimed my review is defamatory with many others to when 1 star reviews removed. Host is not honest and is willing to lie to look good.

This host violates your privacy and uses their AUP to ban you if you say anything negative.
Check online. Bad reviews on page 1 and even AI tells you the risks of using this host.
This review is factual. Read their AUP, they will ban you for vocally sharing a bad experience and keep your money. This violates free speech rights.

CHARITYHOST IS THE BEST WEB HOST
Charityhost has been amazing to work with. Their staff is very responsive and has helped fix any issues that have happened on my end. The servers are reliable and speeds are much faster than previous hosts I’ve used. Really an amazing thing they are doing here especially when it comes to helping nonprofits that don’t have a lot of funds to run their websites. 10/10 experience and I hope a long lasting relationship.
