I bought from this company and received a pair of shoes that were very cute. However, they were a little big and a defect on one of the shoe straps causing the shoe to poke and rub just trying them on. Their are no refunds which I discovered when I tried to exchange or return the shoes. I researched the company that sent me an email calling me a liar and difficult person to deal with. I am 68 and never had a company be so rude and unprofessional to me. I have since found there have been numerous complaints about this company experiencing similar problems dealing with customer service. They do not have return labels, you pay for the return, you don’t get a REFUND but you supposedly do get a credit. For damaged or defective merchandise the return window is 2 days. You must get a code from the company to do a return. I would say do your research first. I wish I had. Lesson learned for me.
