I ordered 2 pairs of boots. The company was out of New York so I had no idea it was coming from China. The website said “Shipping times are estimated 4-8 business days”. My order was placed on November 12th. The delivery was on December 4th. Because it was coming from China!!!! When I got the shoes the package smelled like gasoline. Came in a package with 2 boots shoved in there and no boxes. The shoes also smelled like gasoline. They felt like plastic, smelled and I would be embarrassed to even donate them. I have never seen anything like it. They should be ashamed of themselves they are selling these under false pretenses “New York” and they look and feel like something made for a doll with the smell of gasoline. I even tried them on and they were stiff like cardboard. I should have read the horrible reviews. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. And their return policy is “case by case basis”, so that is a loss to me of $162. Lesson leaned. Read the reviews first for random companies. I never write reviews but I had to warn people that this company is horrible.

I purchased a poncho long sleeve sweater and I received a sweater that was nothing like the item that I ordered. It arrived in about 6 weeks and it was so cheap looking I would never wear it. The material it was made from was scratchy and I will never wear it. They suggested I send it back for a refund but I don’t trust them. They suggested I choose another item, again I don’t trust them. I’m just out $70. Don’t buy from this company it’s a scam ++++

TOTAL SCAM - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM ... And they will not give you your money back. !!! Shame on them for scamming all these people on the internet!

I bought a $54 blouse from Charles & Nancy advertised as linen, but was actually 100% cotton. They would not agree to a 100% refund until I actually sent them images of the tag on the blouse and the incorrect language on their site. After that, they told me I could receive my refund only if I returned the blouse to their warehouse in Zhejiang Province, China via DHL, which quoted me $194.04. When I pointed this out to them, the company said the matter was closed anyway, as the return window had expired. This was the worst online purchase experience I've ever had. I'm referring my complaint to the Washington State Attorney General's Office's Division of Consumer Protection Division, which is charged with enforcing the state's Consumer Protection Act, specifically RCW 19.86.093

I wish I could give them a negative zero thru mail you horrible merchandise and then don’t refund your money do not order from this company be ware!!!!

What you see is not what you get. Highly disappointed with my purchase. Don't fall for the website. It is very appealing. When I contacted support, they offered alternative items at the shipping cost only. I fell for it. Paid shipping for replacement items and received cheap/wrong color items. Again. I am not going to pay shipping to return for a full refund. Either way, I am out of my money. Horrible site.

Poor quality , thin leather, plastic heal. Not wood. Buckle barely works. Bad workmanship for leather shoes.

I ordered two blouses and spent over $100. When I opened the package that arrived about 6 weeks later, the quality was embarrassing. I contacted customer service and they suggested I resell or regift. No way! I may be out over $100, but I’m hoping no one else purchases from this company and loses their hard earned money. Please don’t buy from here!

Just bought a blouse. The quality is absolutely horrible. Don't waste your money. The other reviews are correct, you cannot get a refund because it comes directly from China. It cost more to return it than the item is worth. THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE .BEWARE!!

DO NOT BUY CLOTHES FROM THIS COMPANY! Cheap quality and don't be fooled by the great marketing pictures of their clothes. I ordered a 2XL mens jacket and when I received it I couldnt even put my arm through the jacket. Their 2XL mens size looks like a womans or kid size! Also, when I go to return the jackets I ordered, it was going to cost me OVER $100 to ship back when I only spent that on both items. So the old saying is, you pay for what you get! California buyer

I stupidly ordered some shoes I found on Pinterest from this joke of a company. The shoes took a long time to arrive, likely coming from China based on the return label and were poorly packaged so the toes were knocked in. Every time I emailed this company, I would get a return email saying their inbox was full. Then when someone did reply, they sent me a return label and the shoes, for which I paid $75 were going to cost $174 to return and were going back to China. Do NOT order anything from this company. It is a fraud company and they will take your money and send you sub-standard quality items, poorly packaged. I should have known better. Stick with well-known companies, not some very off-label Chinese company like this one.

So sorry I didn't read reviews before I ordered. quality is HORRIBLE. What is pictured is NOT what gets delivered. I have side-by-side pics of what is pictured vs what got delivered and they are nothing alike. A "brown" patterned hoodie showed up in fucia and baby blue. A boat neck sweater was actually a crew neck t-shirt. They said they would refund or exchange but the support email from which their correspondence came suddenly doesn't work anymore. I guess Goodwill will get a good delivery this week because these are not suitable gifts, as I had itended them to be. PS, size chart is WAY off too.

This company is a total scam, the beautiful dress i thought I ordered is horrible quality and looks like a kimono!!!!

And when I asked for a return all of a sudden the emails were non-deliverable and customer service phone number on the website is a total fake.

Their website makes it seem like a quaint NY company. It is NOT. It is China. Returns are not easy and you have to pay for shipping back to China. My dress arrived to late for my event and I didn’t even try it on. But just touching the fabric, it is not nice quality. It’s going back but I will lose money on the deal.

This company is a total SCAM. DO NOT order anything. Ordered a pair of blue shoes, got black shoes twice. They said "oh must have been out of the blue shoes". REally-so you just sent out wrong shoes. Never received the shoes I ordered. They said they would refund me 50% of the shoe price. I demanded a full refund since this whole process took 5 months. They sent me a refund e-mail from another customer. Totally unbelieveable. Finally contacted my bank. Totally Unbeliebable.

Zero stars. They are thieves. Paid $65 for a flimsy piece of garbage cloth shirt, and now they’re asking me to spend $20 to return through DHL before they’ll give me a refund. It’s also impossible to return the product within the 30 days they require, so I’m basically just out $65.

Cheap materials. Products look nothing like the advertised products. Shoes are overpriced and not worth $50+ dollars. I can get better shoes from SHEIN if I want to buy from a company overseas. My package did not come from New York as indicated. False advertisement and sketchy marketing practices. Also the trust pilot reviews in their site are 4.5 stars, bit actual reviews on trust pilot are 1.0 star.

Buyer beware. This site is a scam. The pictures are not accurate and the descriptions are false. Leather jackets are plastic and they smell terribly. The “Ariat”
Boots are not Ariat and are cheap plastic. I bought three other pairs of boots and they are nothing like what is shown or described. Awful!

TOTAL SCAM…..THERE IS NO STORE IN NY. CLOTHES COME DIRECTLY FROM CHINA! Quality is beyond horrible….customer service is terrible! The clothes do not even resemble the photos!

They claim to be a Mom and Pop boutique in New York of which is a complete lie. The product is nothing like the photos on their website and the material itself is cheap and nothing as described. Good luck returning it as they are actually located in China. Please save your hard earned money and do not purchase from this merchant. TOTAL LIE!!!!
