Probably the best service I’ve ever experienced from a finance company. At every point the level of attention, politeness and speed at which they dealt with everything really surprised and pleased me. I was kept fully informed of my application’s progress and I have no hesitation in recommending Charles & Dean. Unlike any other I would say.

The initial discussions with Jack were very professional, clear and a very quick response. He was great through the process and got approval for the funds very quickly. Gracie then followed up the process and made it a very smooth process. Communication was excellent from both, if I am honest and even helped get all the documents signed near to my home and then communicated to the lender and the Dealership. EXCELLENT service from initial enquiry through to conclusion of the car finance. Being an expat from a work point of view, arranging any finance in the UK is fraught with hurdles and additional requirements.
Despite this, Dorian went above and beyond to get an agreement sorted out before the deadline - and at a better rate than my existing provider!
If you are looking for efficient, tenacious people to sort out your car insurance, and at competitive rates, I cannot recommend Dorian and the rest of the C&D team more highly.
