Where's my Broom!!!
Ordered at the beginning of November and apparently we keep rescheduling the delivery date. We've been at home when they are supposed to be delivering but again no show.

I given up on my Broom and I feel I have more chance of the Wicked witch of the west personally delivering it. Or maybe she can cast a spell and suddenly it might just appear. Seriously I've just given up now.

I'm editing this review as I've now had a response from Charles Bentley I can confirm that I was in on all occasions.

Unfortunately your courier has been attempting to deliver to the wrong address. This is proven by the image you've sent which is not my house.

I look forward to receiving my refund.

Poor quality. The plastic walls is too bendy..not strong enough, sides are already edging out. You cannot lean anything against these plastic sides because the sides/edges start to come apart. Needs a metal frame inside to stop the walls from coming apart, and give it strength.

Great service, and they were able to move my delivery to a more convenient day.

I purchased a kettle and toaster (black gold),they both look good in my kitchen.But the toaster only toast on one side,very disappointed. And have to keep turning the bread to toast.

Bin works well. Well packaged on arrival and easy to set up.

We bought a garden table, chairs, parasol and umbrella.
The chairs / table are fine for now (only had for one week) -
Be careful the paint is thin and comes off easily if scratched.
However parasol and umbrella don’t fit (off by 2mm) and their customer service is super unhelpful. No easy way to return so be aware!

I was very pleased with the product that I purchased and it was delivered quickly and efficiently.

Ordered two of the curved timber sun recliners. Box arrived and courier kindly carried it into garage. Opened it and only found one so emailed Charles Bentley who replied immediately confirming two ordered and apologies courier had not delivered them together. Second one arrived day after.
Recliners were of a good weight and solid construction with all surfaces and edges finished sanded smooth with no loose bits or projecting fixings to snag your clothing on.
Not the cheapest timber recliners I had seen but checking negative reviews for other similar products, sometimes its worth paying more for the quality.
