A truly brilliant company
A truly brilliant company. I ordered a Barbour jacket from them (having found the company via a Google search). Lowest price I could find and it was delivered the very next day. Having worn the jacket on just a few occasions, there was some stitching that came undone. I contacted the company and a replacement jacket arrived the very next day. I was asked to return my original jacket in the box used for the replacement. What better service could you ask for! Well done Charles Hobson. You lead where I very much hope others may choose to follow!

Very happy customer
I was looking online for a Barbour jacket and came across Charles Hobson, I am absolutely delighted that I did. I ordered the Jacket and delivery was so quick, unfortunately I ordered the wrong size so returned it, they sent the next size up which arrived the next working day which is phenomenal service. The price was excellent too! Their web and customer service teams really have their act together and are a credit to the company. If I lived locally I would be visiting you all the time. Thank you.

Superb online retail experience
Superb online retail experience. Best price I could find in UK market. Delivery very good and free despite using the erratic DPD. Lots of order updates even confirmations after delivery. Would be good if they were on Quidco.

Great prices and lightning delivery
I ordered a barbour jacket on Wednesday evening and it arrived by Friday noon. Great price too as I managed to save myself £70, so I guess I'll treat the dog to a barbour rain coat with the saving 😊

I purchased online some men’s boots to be dispatched by courier. I had made an error on the postcode and this caused a delay in receiving. Speedy delivery with great coms.
