I ordered the swing direct from the UK manufacturer. The delivery price included building and placing the swing. It is well built, extremely comfortable and looks top quality. I had bought table and chairs from Charles Taylor last year and the garden looks lovely with everything matching.

Easy to order, delivery as stated. Driver was very professional and pleasant. Table set up on arrival in place that I wanted. I initially thought it was the wrong table, my fault for not reading description properly. I was expecting a rectangular table with squared corners, however, really pleased with the set and quality seems really good. Sturdy and quite heavy.

The furniture is first rate.
Delivery time wasn't completely flexible.
Warranty is generous but not advertised widely. Plus you have to use their own wood preservative every 6 for it to remain valid. For the price of the furniture, a small free sample of the preservative would've been nice and could've been used to explain the warranty.

Delivered on time, had a slight problem after installation. They came back at a later date and replaced a part.

We saw this company at our local show ground and thought the furniture looked well made and a good price, we ordered a pergola and we are so pleased with it and the Company. They texted when they said they would, telephoned when they said they would and arrived on time. The furniture was well made and their lovely delivery chap put the panels together and put it in place. We also ordered the cushions from them. Would thoroughly recommend this Company and their furniture

Things are very badly made
I was talking to a delivery driver the other day i asked him if he wanted a coffee ☕️ and his reply was no sorry haven't got time as I have to do my delivery in 20 hours or I will never get home he all so said he as to sleep in his van over night so he can do all is run in one day he was on the phone 30 to 45 mins trying to ring his own office to get payment sorted which to me is not very good as a company. Me myself think that this is a 2 men job. driving all day and building and all the lifting i felt really sorry for this man i give him a £30 tip I don't recommend this company at all

Item exactly as described and delivered promptly . Bonus was that it was fully assembled as stated

I had purchased the same item previously for a family member, and this came in one piece. Was surprised that it needed constructing and I found it very difficult to tighten the screws. Therefore it does not feel as solid as I would have liked

Very surprised and somewhat disappointed that my purchase arrived unassembled! given that my previous purchases were assembled.

Update:
We were told that it would be put on a van going to Lampeter and delivered on Monday. This is what we are expecting to happen. I’m not sure that telling us it won’t be for ‘weeks’ is an acceptable answer or recompense for such a ridiculous error. We look forward to receiving it as promised.

Delivery this morning of the swinging chair that was my present for getting through a medical procedure. Lovely guy got set to build it to find there was a piece missing. A fairly important piece- the seat. My husband phoned and, contrary to some of the reviews, the customer service operator couldn’t have cared less. No apology. No embarrassment. The seat can’t be delivered until next Wednesday (it’s Friday), take it or leave it. “Do you want it or not?” When my husband suggested he might just as well cancel the order, simply snapped that the collection would be Wednesday too. So much for my gift. The call was escalated and the slightly more pleasant man said they could get it to us by Monday. Great. Still not usable for the weekend.
So, eventually, I might get my present but the customer service woman made it quite clear she didn’t care one iota.

Great price. Prompt efficient delivery. Easy construction. This is a very useful, stylish potting bench.

We have our Garden furniture which is super from Charles Taylor and have ordered wood preservative a couple of times ! Recently ordered planters and there one one missing from order .. I called them and they were as usual helpful and pleasant . Within days the planter arrived by courier which would be costly for one small planter ! This is amazing service I recommend this company for quality merchandise at reasonable prices and excellent customer service

Ordered a chair via etsy, when putting the chair together one of the slats wasnt attached leaving sharp nails exposed...the delivery experience was extremly poor also, i received the item 7 days after i was informed i would receive it...when it was delivered it was just left on the street. Contacted the company...was advised that i would receive a new chair already assembled...ive heard nothing since- i have emailed to request when i will receive the replacement chair- ive had no response, extremly poor Customer Service and a total disappointment with the item i have paid for and cant use...i was planning on buying another chair however due to this i absolutely wont be now.
