Quality of 3 troughs very disappointing each has corners which are not mitred well or straight leaving unsightly gaps.

Love the product, easy no hassle service. I have bought a few things for my garden from Charles Taylor and have never been disappointed with the finish or quality.

Issue with delivery carrier Yodel who dropped the planters and damaged them. This was made good by CT whose customer service was second to none. Highly recommend this company.

We bought some garden furniture from Charles Taylor and not only were they very good quality, they were delivered on the day we were told. Now, we've just bought some covers for this furniture, and once again, a quality product and delivered on time. A good company to deal with.

A easy shopping experience. Finally bought the footstools we hadn't got before. A nice addition to our garden furniture. We have a large selection of items from Charles taylor. Managed to reseal the furniture, and gor it back to the look when delivered. It pays to use the sealant used by the manufacturer.

Tin of oil arrived damaged with spilt oil at the top looks like it has been in your warehouse for some time

I met Daryl at the Largs Viking Festival Show back in August and the garden furniture on display looked good and above all was very comfortable and professionally presented by him. Ten minutes later I’d ordered 3 x 2 seater benches, 3 tables and 3 cushions plus delivery for £499 ! I got a call a week or so later and Rob delivered them and set the whole display up in our garden. They look stunning and are very comfortable and strong ! Excellent service from start to finish !

I ordered a table set to be delivered to my caravan last week and it was promptly delivered on time on Monday morning. The driver was an engaging chap who put the table legs on and even though I offered, he did all the moving himself. The quality is superb and I can see this lasting years. I was impressed from the beginning by this company. My swing seat was delivered and installed on time with friendly professionalism and since then I have used it every day! It's something I have always wanted and the crowning glory to my new garden. The construction is excellent and solid and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I ordered a garden potting bench, it was delivered on time, carried into back garden and assembled where I wanted it! Never had this service before without having to pay for it!
