Great service. I received a message from Simon the day before delivery telling me what time to expect him. He arrived on time and assembled the bench planter promptly. He was cheery and polite. The planter is exactly as described.

We had a brilliant delivery driver named ROB very polite ,knew his stuff checked everything before he left .Did worry that it's was a big delivery fir one person but he took it in his stride .Furniture looks good in situ glad we stopped with seller on llandudno pier highly recommend this company 👌 to ROB

Fantastic delivery service
This review captures the excellent delivery service I received from Robert.
Communication throughout the process was fantastic. Our cottage isn’t the easiest place to find and get to. This was no problem for Robert who expertly navigated his Luton Van up to our cottage to ensure our delivery arrived to the door.
All in all an amazing delivery experience which for me is my main concern when buying bulky items delivered to the door!
The furniture looks pretty good to!

Too long to wait for delivery
Though I purchased in March, I had not had delivery by the end of April. The company then told me that they only deliver to my destination every two months and so after some disappointment I had to cancel my order. I am sure the product is good but the website needs to be clearer on delivery availability

I bought a table, 2 benches and 2 chairs. I was kept informed of the delivery date and received a txt the day before delivery given a time. Simon, our delivery driver, turned up on time and quickly installed the furniture in my back garden. From the order to installation, everything went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend this company.

I am absolutely delighted with my 3 seater swing seat. Quality wood very sturdy well built and extremely comfortable and relaxing.
Kept informed re delivery date. Arrived day and time advised.
Chris who delivered and built the seat very quickly put it together, an added bonus as most things come flat packed, something a lot of people struggle with. Would highly recommend and would definitely purchase from Charles Taylor again

Really pleased
Items arrived on time and in fantastic condition. Really pleased with how the chairs (twin companion seat set) are finished. The cushions are very comfy, the chairs are also very comfy without the cushion which is an added bonus!
Simon, who delivered the items, is great! Very friendly and organised.

GARDEN FURNITURE Excellent value for money
Excellent value for money, the garden furniture is really well made and Simon the delivery driver was great,carried the furniture around the back of the house and assembled it where we wanted it, nothing was to much trouble,nice to see someone happy in his work. Excellent delivery
Bought a twin seat as a present for my Dad which is lovely.
Delivery was exceptional. We were given a date, then the night before I received a text from Robert the driver with a time slot. I then received a call from Robert when he had arrived at my Dads. Delivered via a back lane to his yard and put together for him. Excellent!
