Customer service none existent. Emailed multiple times for a size guide no reply, ordered and hoped for the best. Small hoodie fits me (size 16) so not suitable for daughters Christmas present. Customer service still no reply whatsoever plus no return label in package so I’m stuck with a hoodie nobody will wear. Avoid!!
Ordered on the 25th Aug and still waiting for my daughters top, no help from the shop's customer service team. Only advice is to contact UPS who are of no help. One upset 12 year old.
Four weeks ago I made two purchases both for my daughters twelve birthday, still nothing emailed loads also contacted ups they say gotta contact seller as that’s what the seller has put, not only out of pocket but daughter gutted, please stay away from this site
If you live in the uk do not buy from this site. I have also been stung for £17.41 in customs charges when the site advertises free international shipping. No response to any contact.

But there is nothing. Silence whichever way you try to make contact.. web form, email, even Twitter...
So if you have a query about why your tracking number is incorrect, there is literally no one to help you with it.
Also..... on a final note.. when it did arrive, the quality and logo on front were nice.. but the shape of the hoodie is just a bit weird.. long but tight in the body.
All in all, I’d avoid buying this merch. Not worth the money or the hassle without any customer service if something should go wrong.
My son used his own money to buy a jumper from this con artist (🤦🏼♀️) and here we are, 9 weeks later $100 down with no jumper and no contact despite me sending several emails chasing up the whereabouts! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
Took over 5 weeks for my order to be delivered from America to the UK. Only to get a delivery card through the door to say I have to pay a delivery fee because the company did not pay the customs fee?!. The delivery fee is an extra £20 on top of an already expensive jumper. Absolutely disgusting and misleading service which I will be taking further! Shame on you.
