Wish I could rate a zero. Not even sweatpants material and too short even in a large. Won’t let me return even tho they have a 30 day policy return. Crappy company and product. Do not fall for these!

Don't order anything from this company. The sweatpants jeans as advertised were not sweatpant material, but ugly denim with an even uglier elastic waistband. Ugliest jeans I've ever seen. They don't look anything like the pictures. Even though they say they have a return policy, they will not allow any returns.

Ordered sweatpant jeans. Took forever to get. Not happy with them. One pocket does not lay flat. Got on a Saturday and emailed on Monday. Their response was something about the picture they showed online showed white inside of jean and they changed that. While that is bait and switch, my concern is the pocket. Emailed them 6 times afterwards and never heard back.
My review is poor quality and customer service that ignores you
I am now stuck with a $52 pair of crappy pants I have to sew the pocket shut on.

I ordered the sweatpant jeans and when I received them I was not happy with the way they fit and they didn't have a bit of fleece like lining as expected. I wrote the company and was told, after I had to send them a picture of the jeans, that no refund could be issued as it was past their 30 day requirement. I don't know how they figure 30 days but I ordered them March 16th, received them March 24th & was wanting return information on March 26th. Their site specifically states you have 30 days from date of receipt of merchandise. I would have until April 26th to return them. I've written numerous times wanting clarification but have never received a work.

Don't buy anything from this company. They are a fraud and have the worst customer service. In fact they don't have any customer service at all.

The worst company! It took forever to receive my jeans, which didn’t fit!
After reading their refund policy I reached out and received two computer generated responses to no avail!
When I called the number listed-it had been disconnected!
I would not recommend buying one thing from this company! They do not stand behind their product or honor their refund policy! I’ve never had this happen with any place I’ve ordered from!!

Would give zero stars if I could .. Say they have a 30 day return policy but won't honor it. Items are not of quality presented and are ill fitting. not even remotely like a sweatpant jean.

Awful!!! They are not what I ordered, do not look like the jeans, the fit is bad and quality is not there. They are hard and nothing like described. Tried to return I the original package, never worn and they will not return them..DO NOT BUY THEM ITS A SCAM!!!!!

If there was a zero I’d use that. Don’t be fooled and buy their jeans OR the refund policy. Stupid request today same as the others - asking me to send photos. I’m disputing the charge. Hope this review stops anyone else from buying or dealing with this scam company. Shame on them.

i WOULD GIVE THIS REVIEW A ZERO STAR IF THAT WAS AN OPTION !!! Do not order from this company if you want jean sweatpants- I received mine yesterday and they are cheap denim--nothing 'sweatpant' about these. When i contacted them they wanted pictures of what i received which i did, they basically told me i got what i ordered--SCAM SCAM SCAM--

Received the “sweatpant” jeans which are not sweatpants at all. The material is a cheap stretchy material with a cheap denim look. Immediately emailed the company with a picture and the original shipping package and they said no refund we sent you what you ordered and we are not authorizing a refund or return. This site is a fraud and I would never recommend ordering from them at all.

I ordered the medium sweatpants Jean with pockets. Color is exactly as seen and they are very comfortable. Length is perfect since I am 5’3 . However the pickets just don’t lay flat and after 1 wash, air dried, the inside of one pocket frayed and has holes.
I would order again but pocketless. Overall geeky comfy and don’t look like sweats.

Purchased sweatpants jeans through Tik Tok link and waited a long time to receive the item which was absolutely NOTHING like the item advertised. And they were not cheap either.
Reached out to customer service who sent a weird email asking me to send them a picture of what I received with no way or link to return the item and get my money back. This is a SCAM!!

The Charlie Bellucci sweatpant jeans shown all over social media are NOT as they are advertised. The jeans I received are wide leg denim - no terry cloth in sight. The terry cloth shown on social media must have been taken from the real sweatpant jeans from Rag & Bone. Don't be influenced! Save your money!

Horrible experience! Ordered sweatpant jeans …arrived and were basically “toddler jeans with elastic”. Product that arrived were NOTHING like the pants advertised. Now reading other reviews saying they allegedly used other sites photos. Horrible quality… horrible fit. Attempted return immediately to be stalled and put off for weeks until the original 30 day return policy passed. Contact number also no longer in service.

Total fraud company, RUN! They advertise sweatpants jeans but they sent me a regular jean poor quality. I contacted their customer service & their response was that they do not refund. Do not trust this brand. I’m contacting my credit card company & filing a fraud claim.

Received my “sweatpants” jeans. I was so looking forward to them. Unfortunately, they are not even close to sweatpants material. They have a very noticeable elastic waistband, and the pockets don’t lay flat. Extremely disappointed ☹️

The jeans are not soft as advertised. But worst is when they were too small, I reached out to customer service to return, they must have confused me with someone else because they said I couldn’t return my jeans because the inseam color was what was advertised. Not close to my concern of sizing. Then multiple attempts to make contact to return with no reply. $56 for jeans that don’t fit and can’t return.

I ordered a pair of sweatpant jeans from them, they took over a MONTH to arrive and then once they did arrive they were way too short for me. So I sent an email to them the day they arrived stating they were too short for me & I wanted to return them, they denied my return request because they were what I ordered-my return request matched all the requirements on their website & they still denied it-they do not care that I cannot wear them or that they took over a month to arrive, so now I am stuck with pants I paid for that I cannot wear & cannot return. Also, if you try to call them to talk to someone their phone # is disconnected-this place is awful & I would give zero stars if I could

Don't buy these! Scammers!! Will not accept my return. The jeans feel nothing like sweatpants and are hedious! I'm so upset!

I ordered 2 pair of the sweatpants jeans. They look weird in the side pocket area. I emailed customer service to get directions for returning them. They said I can’t return them because I received what I ordered. I tried to call the number listed on their website, but it is not working. I will never order from this company again. They are shady!!! I emailed them one more time. They need to make things right.
