Easy order, efficient information, lovely phone manner and very helpful and polite driver. As an afterthought logs are very good indeed!

The website says a half load is 0.6m3 worth (of logs) equivalent to 1 bulk builder's bag loose. My delivery came on a truck and was then decanted into wheelbarrows and neatly packed into my log store. My final volume was around 0.35m3. Obviously loose logs will take up more volume than neatly packed logs but I'm left feeling hard done by. It's like paying for air, much like buying a packet of crisps for slightly increased costs (due to inflation) and finding the bag only contains 8 crisps!

Were it not for the good quality wood that has been nicely kiln dried/seasoned with moisture below 10% plus the excellent delivery service, I would have given this rating no stars.

I used Charlie logs for some time .the logs are dry and all cut for our log burner
They always turn up on time agreed.as iama OAP they always asked me if I need help stacking the logs
I have used other companies before but none as good as Charlie logs

We had been buying from them since 2020 but never again

The driver today refused to deliver because we have no parking. They knew that as they delivered to us plenty of times. Yet they took our money over a week ago and wasted our time

I have been trying to call them and message them for a refund but they won't respond. Shame they turned into a scam

I ordered £200 of logs from this company which hopefully will see us through the winter. I was able to organise a suitable day for delivery. Obviously it is a big job to get your wood stored away - and for them to help you. This is an excellent part of the service. Many sellers will simply arrive with a tipper and deposit it on the road or pavement. The chap who came along was extremely helpful and we worked together to get it all unloaded and put away. He was a pleasant fellow and a hard worker. All in all a great service and I look forward to using them again. The wood is also very good quality, no damp rubbish that won't light. Fantastic.

Just had our 3rd yearly delivery of winter logs from Charlie’s logs. As before reverses van onto drive, wheelbarrows through garage to log store at bottom of garden. Cleans up after the delivery. A nice variety of Seasoned hardwood logs and cut to 6” / 8”’ for our smaller burner. Superb service and very good prices.
