Really great HR service so that we can focus on more of aspects of the business we know, whilst cHR deals in an area where we don't specialise.

Brilliant team!

CharlieHR has an incredible team on board who provide an absolutely outstanding service. We have dealt with multiple members of the team and we have always received a consistent, professional and informative response regardless of the matter. The platform is easy to use and navigate, the product team actively seeks feedback and try to make it better on a daily basis. HR advice service is just incredible - differently, to many other consultancies who charge by the hour, they don't try to keep you on the phone for as long as possible, on a contrary, they always provide a quick and informative response, which is highly appreciated, especially from a fast-paced startup perspective.

I have been using Charlie HR for the past 2,5 years. Charlie HR is a great tool for our team because it allow us to manage all the HR logistics - from booking holidays, recording reviews and appraisals or onboarding new hires. Besides the product, I love the team at Charlie HR because they are always keen to receive our feedback and where possible use it to improve their software.

Since I started at my new company I’ve found Charlie HR a really efficient system to use. I like how easy it is to track holiday and view who is away from the office but I particularly like the 'people' section which allows you to search employees & teams by location. Their customer service team are also the best I’ve come across in a long time - efficient but friendly and always there to answer any questions & solve any issues within an instant. Thank you for being so helpful.

Charlie HR has been such an excellent tool for us as a small business. We can easily manage holidays & time off using the Google Calendar & Slack integrations, and the team have always been so helpful and extremely responsive when we've had issues or questions. We hope to continue using it well into the future and look forward to any new features/tools it may introduce!

This is a really brilliant HR platform - we have used CharlieHR for a couple of years now and it really fits our needs as a start-up / scale-up. It is very intuitive and our team find it very simple/easy to use.

I work with Jess a lot, on a weekly basis sometimes, and she is awesome - nothing is ever to bigger question and any of my crazy ideas for the platform are always taken in a positive way, even if it can't be done. I love her attitude and as a client, she makes it easier to have a voice.

Recently started using Charlie in my latest contract. I am really impressed with how clear and easy to use the product is. It makes keeping up with your team a breeze.
They have a Perks at Work integration, which is just plain awesome. Gotta love them WOWPoints!

Great for small business owners who need a quick, easy and cost effective solution for managing your people. Made it very easy for me to on-board my new team and grow my business.

Works pretty well. Not a very intuitive or standard user experience as they try and do things their own way.

Poor customer service. Generally bad experience from top-bottom of the company.

As a younger growing company we have really valued the new features Charlie has on offer. The fact we can manage employees in different countries, track work from home days and extract various reports. We also love being able to upload agreements and other important documents to each employee's profile. Oh yes, let's not forget how helpful the reminders and checklists are! Basically we can't do without you Charlie!
