Communication was excellent.
I received an email to say my purchase was ready for collection , I was expecting 6-8 weeks but it was ready after about 2 weeks.
I went to collect it and the staff were so friendly and helpful.
I checked the pendant and it is stunning, the jewellers made it on site. It is a collaboration between Charlotte Cornelius and My Dog Sighs.
My daughter will be thrilled to receive this beautiful gift.

I am so delighted with the professional and individual service offered. I purchased a necklace for my daughter and was notified when it was ready to collect. I was greeted warmly and was able to look at my purchase and see the skill involved. I felt my purchase was treated in the same way as a very expensive item. I would love to buy something special again as I have full trust in the quality and service. My daughter loved it too.

Beautiful wrapped and high quality

Beautiful piece of jewellery perfectly imaging the my dog sighs design. This is for my daughter’s Christmas present and I know she will be absolutely knocked out by it. Super happy

Great experience from such a talented and friendly team who design such beautiful unique pieces in their workshop. I bought a gorgeous rose gold necklace which I have worn ever since and get so many comments.
