I just purchased a wonderful piece of original art from Charlotte Durie, and from start to finish, the whole experience was grand. The piece had to come from the UK to a tiny village on the Canadian border, and she packed the piece well and arranged for immediate and well-insured shipping. Within a week, I had her lovely piece in hand, especially cheering to receive during the pandemic. It was a total pleasure to deal with Charlotte.

I have followed Charlotte's art for many years and recently purchased one of her first raven drawings.
I am an international client since I live in the U.S.
Payment for the transaction was easily arranged and she promptly shipped it off to me carefully packaged. It arrived (after a very slow trip due to Covid-19 restrictions on mail) in perfect shape.
Currently watching her new drawings hoping for a 'friend' for my raven.

We asked Charlotte if she would do a painting of the Victorian-era flat and garden square when we lived in South Kensington, London. We thought her painting was a masterpiece — accurate architecturally, but, as important, aesthetically. Charlotte had three other paintings of the area. We bought them all, and our home in the US now somewhat resembles a Charlotte gallery. Charlotte is obviously a gifted artist; she is also easy to work with, fun, and able to handle logistical challenges — such as US Customs — with grace and ease.
