Great shoes and service.

The shoes are stunning! Very delicate and can see the handwork done it’s just beautiful, the pearls and it’s also comfortable.
Service was great! I had to return to get a smaller size and was very easy to do so, plus the support team helped changing the shoes for another one that I decided last minute. Customer service was very good, highly recommend

My mum bought me a pair for my wedding and I've just got some for my hen do too.
Cannot recommend them enough.

This is such a fabulous company..nothing is too much trouble and the wedding shoes I ordered for my daughter came so well wrapped to make it extra special for her.
Even though one of the pairs were sold out they returned my money without even asking.
I would certainly recommend them for any wedding extras for the bride.

Brilliant website, quick returns policy and most importantly, the shoes are gorgeous and SO comfortable!

I haven't worn high heels in 10+ years but confident I will be able to wear these as so soft and cushioned.

I ordered a dress which unfortunately didn’t fit comfortably, on returning the dress I had to pay a restocking fee of £5.99 which I did know about when I ordered it. I returned the dress within a couple of days. The dress was marked as received over 16 days ago & i am still waiting for a refund (currently processed but pending for over 6 days) this has put me off from ordering from here again. Definitely one to avoid!

I recently purchased a pair of wedding shoes from Charlotte Mills,While the shoes themselves are undeniably beautiful but my overall experience has been deeply disappointing.

The shoes arrived in a battered box with dirty marks on it, missing the ‘Something Borrowed’ envelope that is advertised to accompany every pair. More concerning were the speckles on the tag inside the shoe, which I feared might be mould. Despite raising these issues, I received no reassurance regarding the safety or cleanliness of the shoes.

Upon contacting customer service, I was offered a replacement box and the missing card, or a full refund if I was to return the shoe. Given that I purchased these shoes specifically for my wedding and they are now no longer stocking this shoe in my size , returning them was not an option. I also highlighted the significant price reduction of the shoes I purchased that occurred shortly after my purchase along with other styles of shoes on the website, I do believe the new price that they are advertised at better reflects the shoe that I have received , yet when I enquired about a partial refund to reflect the new price ,no partial refund or satisfactory compensation was offered.

Despite escalating my concerns and asking that they were passed on to management the resolutions offered remained unchanged. At no point did the company address my worries about the potential mould or provide assurance about the shoes’ condition.

While Charlotte Mills offers aesthetically pleasing bridal shoes, my experience has been affected by poor customer service and unresolved concerns about product quality. I expected more from a premium brand, especially for such a significant occasion as my wedding, this is something I would have expected from a fast fashion brand, not Charlotte Mills, I would not recommend- deeply dissatisfied!!!

Fast delivery and the shoes were packaged well and what you would expect for their price. I did, however, feel that the returns process was exceptionally slow - over 3 weeks to be refunded (over 2 weeks from when the package was back with them). The cost of returns is also very high - £5.99 for the UK, so I do not expect to be waiting so long for a refund especially when charged so much for it!

Such a flattering dress, I've brought this for my wedding dress and I'm so excited to wear it. I've got a fuller bust and mum tum and it looks so good!

The dress I purchased arrived damaged, I went through the returns process where at several stages I was asked if I'd like store credit instead, which I found highly annoying. They received the dress 5 days ago, I still haven't had an email to state that my refund will now be processed, yet I'm receiving emails about leaving a review for the dress, and this is what I'm doing now. The dress was damaged, the box was intact however, so the item was damaged prior to putting it in the box. Disappointed also with the fact that I have to be chasing my refund.

Ordered a dress for an event. Unfortunately it was way too big around the bust and very revealing. Returned the dress, return process was very extensive and tries to avoid you returning items by asking you to choose store credit and money incentives rather than a money refund. Also have to sacrifice £20 of your money to cover an admin charge to process the refund which is outrageous.

Item delivered really quick, really well packaged and item is beautiful quality.

Fantastic response team from the team when I had some minor issues with Royal Mail. Really great quality, honestly the shoes are way nicer in person than in pictures! Really happy with the comfort level (they are known to be among the comfiest wedding shoes). I feel really lucky to have some across this brand via word of mouth from Reddit. They are chic, comfortable and the price point is incredible for what you get. I've decided to buy another pair just for day to day wear. Will cherish them on my wedding day !!

I got the most stunning shoes for my wedding day. I had my eye on them for a while and nothing would compare to the style and the detail. I managed to get a Black Friday discount too!

I was devastated when I lost one of the straps following the wedding, but Charlotte Mills had wonderful customer service and sent me a spare strap with only having to pay postage. Fantastic service going above and beyond!

I recently ordered and then had to return a pair of shoes due to wrong size was sent to me. Meanwhile, the model shoes I ordered was already out of stock .
When contacted customer service , they were super efficient in organising the return as well as managing to find the correct size of the same model I wanted.
Seamless experience and I would definitely recommend Charlotte Mills to anyone, who is about to step into this magical chapter of their life.
